If you’re curious about what it’s like to build impactful businesses around the world - this is the podcast for you.
Our mission is to elevate founders who are building thriving, innovative businesses across the globe, not only so we can learn how to build successfully within different contexts, challenges, and constraints, but also to prove that there isn’t just one way to run a business. We believe founders from Nairobi to São Paulo to the West Bank have just as much wisdom and ambition as those in San Francisco—but they’re rarely invited to share their stories.
By interviewing founders in startup ecosystems you might not yet know, we’re building bridges—while offering fresh, actionable insights into how to grow your own company and/or work successfully in different cultural environments. Through honest conversations, we uncover what it really takes to build a business you can be proud of.
This podcast is your compass for building something meaningful—anywhere in the world.
You ready? We hope you enjoy the ride. Watch & stream today on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts.

About the host
“What could a founder in Cape Town teach me about how to run my business better?”
That was the question I couldn’t get out of my head before starting this podcast.
Hi, I’m Mayuri—host and creator of The Founders Atlas.
I’m from Seattle, live in Berlin, and my roots are Indian. I've spent my entire life deeply fascinated by how culture shapes who we are, and I started this podcast to share that exploration with you.
My career began in the music industry, but for the past 12 years I’ve worked in tech, partnering with barrier-breaking companies and bold thinkers. I firmly believe that one of the best ways to grow as a business leader today is by learning from one another. What if what works in Lagos could work in London or Los Angeles?
When I’m not podcasting, I’m running my own business as a Brand and Community Consultant, hosting my supper club The Seasoned Path, or building out my next idea.
